Yesterday President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree "On additional measures on the use of identity cards of the new generation."
The Interior Ministry is instructed to improve the activities of local authorities issuing the identity document (ID) and identification centers, and to supply them with the necessary software and hardware.
In addition, it is planned to improve the interagency automated information retrieval system "Entry-exit and registration".
The aim is to create an infrastructure for integrating information of ID in electronic media and the implementation of changes in it.
Appropriate software and technical support will be installed in the service centers of Asan Khidmet.
The Ministry of Communications and High Tech (MCHT) is mandated to provide measures for the protection of electronic signatures of ID holders, and data centers to identify online.
The same agency should create a telephone information service to answer citizens' questions on the use of electronic signatures.
The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, MCHT, the State Property Committee, the State Service on Mobilization and Conscription, and the Migration Service are entrusted to ensure the integration of test data of citizens in the application form and transfer the results into a single automated system.
All the above measures are expected to be completed before December 1, 2015. -06D-

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property.
