He complains that at the global level such concepts and values as compassion, humanity, kindness and generosity are lost. The author believes the problem is connected with the loss of these qualities. He also tells about the origin of the refugee problem in the 1990s in Azerbaijan and its solution. The author also recalls the existence of the refugee problem in the Middle East, and that now the word "migrant" is associated with racial discrimination and inhuman attitude towards them.

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
