The same newspapers published an order of the head of state about the allocation of AZN 4 million for social development of Astara region.

 Twelve members of the Popular Front Party, who wore T-shirts that read: "Free elections will make our country fair" were detained in Sheki region.  This event was held on the occasion of the registration of Jamil Hasanli, a candidate of the National Council. However, the police denied the detention of these people in Sheki.

Representatives of the National Council believe that the lack of exact data on the number of voters in the country makes doubtful the democratic nature of the upcoming elections. The investigator, who conducted the case of prisoner of conscience, Thale Bagirazde, sued the lawyer Cavad Cavadov, who accused the investigator of earning dishonest money. The first meeting in the case of the lawyer will be held on September 20.  

The Cabinet of Ministers received proposals on the introduction of a single rate for drugs in all pharmacies of the country.
