Azerbaijan (as of July 1, 2014) electronically registered 5,919 local legal entities in the form of limited liability companies. According to the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan, electronic registration shall apply from 1 February 2012.
Of these, over a quarter (1,682 units) was registered in January-June this year, while in the first half of the year 3,951 LLC were registered.
Azerbaijan keeps records of registered enterprises, but not taken into account the number of limited liability companies, closed due to high percentage of extortion and lack of prospects. - 17D-
