Certification of insurers is scheduled for 22 and 24 August
The Ministry of Finance will hold on 22 and 24 August next monthly test examinations for candidates for executive positions and candidates for the brokerage space in the insurance industry.
As stated in the State Insurance Supervision Service of the Ministry of Finance, the certification is carried out in accordance with Article 83.2.2 of the law "On insurance activity". For information, you can access up to 12 hours of the day August 20 e-mail: a.sadixova @ maliyye.gov.az. Applicants must provide complete information about themselves and about the kind of insurance business. Representatives of legal entities must inform the organization's data.
Successfully passed certification candidates will be considered correct answers to 70 and more than 100 of the questions asked.
The cost of participation in the certification for individuals is 200 manats, for legal entities - one thousand manats.
Certification of insurers has been held since the beginning of 2009, in accordance with the requirement of the insurance legislation. - 17D-

Azerbaijan’s imports of animal and vegetable fats and oils climbed 23.9% by weight and 16.2% by value from January to September 2024, official data revealed. Despite the uptick in volume, the import cost of these products saw a decrease compared to the same period last year, with the cost per ton of vegetable oil falling by 6.1% to $1,199.6 in 2024, down from $1,278.6 in 2023.
