Created Six Companies Close to JSC Synergy Group
The Tax Ministry has published a list of commercial organizations that passed the state registration from 11 to 20 October. Among them are 6 companies that are directly or indirectly related to Synergy Group.
The companies Capital Vision, Invest Future, Invest Alliance, Invest Solutions and Synergy Medical are located at the same address as Synergy Group - Baku, 55 Z. Aliyeva Street (business center Yeni Hayat), and Ltd Shamkir Agropark - in Shamkir.
It is noteworthy that in the official gazette of the Ministry of Taxes contrary to the legislation there is no information about the legitimate representative of the first four companies. Moreover, the register of commercial legal entities does not include any data about these companies.
The authorized capital of these companies is at 10,000 manat. --08B--
