Gilan Holding is working on updating the corporate website (www.gilanholding.com). Unlike the old (www.gilanholding.az) on the new portal will provide information about companies and holding companies , both within the country and abroad.
Now the site is partially available in English. Holding companies grouped under four blocks ( building materials , tourism, industry and affiliated companies ) . Just a group includes more than 50 commercial structures, as well as the football club Qabala.
In addition to the existing enterprises, the site provides information about ongoing projects. For example, Gilan Holding and Kempinski Group construct together the 36 - storied The Crescent Hotel on the Caspian shore.
The new site is no information about the owners of the holding company, as well as some companies that are owned and run by brothers Taleh and Nijat Heydarovs abroad.
In March this year, the agency Turan published information that was presented to the list of companies directly or indirectly related to the family of Emergencies Minister Kemaleddin Heydarov. It seems the Heydarovs decided to legalize and operate more transparently. - 08B-
