JSC Bank Avrasiya Changes Shareholder
LLC PMD Group (TIN: 1701459191) announced a merger with LLC Galaktik (TIN: 1401427871). This company since 2013 was the owner of 37.5% of the shares of Bank Avrasiya and was considered a major taxpayer.
In the online resources there is no information on the ownership of these companies. There is no information about these companies even in the state register of commercial legal entities, which is maintained by the Ministry of Taxes. However, there is much indirect evidence that both companies belong to the company Pasha Holding.
It is noteworthy that in 2012 through the merger of the assets of Photon and Yeddi Bulag their assets moved to LLC Galaktik.
It was recently announced that three more companies close to Pasha Holding also merged. PMD Industries, Avant-garde I and Baku Development merged and will continue to work under the new name - LLC Amal Development.
Some of these companies are led by Araz Aliyev, who is represented in other commercial structures of Pasha Holding.
The merging of these companies says that in fact we are talking about the consolidation of the business. --08B
