KPMG Completed Audit of Bank Technique for H1 of 2013
The international auditing firm KPMG has completed the audit of the consolidated financial statements of Bank Technique for the first half of 2013.
According to the audit , the bank's profit before tax for July 1, 2013 was 18,574,000 manats. The comparable figure for the first six months of 2012 was equal to AZN 2,910,000 and the annual figure for 2012 was equal to 5,196,000 manats.
Individual deposits for 6 months increased AZN 36,931,000 to 146,945,000 manats.
The audit report also notes that, thanks to the work done on the return of the bank's management of problem loans and recovery of loans previously created reserves on loans decreased by 15,922,000 manats.
The capital of the bank increased by AZN 23,159,000 to 53,345,000 manats. The authorized capital of the bank has also been increased to 75,100,000 manats.
