Outsider Does Not Intend to Leave Insurance Market
Baku Stock Exchange began offering shares of the insurance company Gunay Sigorta. Additional issue of the overall size of 2.3 million AZN is intended to increase the level of the authorized capital of the financial structure to 7.7 million AZN (+ 42.6%), which will meet the requirement of the Ministry of Finance for the capitalization of insurers.
The company's shares under the additional issue are included in non-quotation list of BSE. The package is divided into 2,003 units in denominations of 1,000 manat per security.
Underwriter of the placement of shares of the additional issue is Tekhnika Capital Management. At present, the company's authorized capital is 5.4 million manat.
Gunay Sigorta was created in 1992. Shareholders are 3 legal entities and 2 individuals.
In January-November 2014 collection of premiums amounted to 164 848 manat, with payments of 75.92 thousand manat. --17D-
