Asking the question on the destruction of the Armenian helicopter a diplomat recalled the position of the State Department and the co-chairs of the Minsk Group.
"We regret the events that led to the destruction of the helicopter. We urge the parties to raise attention to a peaceful settlement. During the meetings of the presidents in Sochi, Wales - with the participation of Secretary of State John Kerry and in Paris - Franus Hollande there was some progress, and agreements were reached. We urge the parties to continue these steps and reach a final settlement," said Hogan.-03B-
