Jamil Hasanli: This power is immoral
A single candidate for the presidency of the National Council, Jamil Hasanli, condemned the arrest of the son of the head of Popular Front Party, Ali Kerimli, and his two friends - Ulvi Nureyev and Joshgun Salakhov.
The statement said: "I am very sorry about the arrest of these young people. This arrest had been agreed at the level of Ilham Aliyev, and is a blow below the belt against opponents.
The current leadership of the country has lost the moral values, and is putting pressure on political opponents through their families: they take revenge of fathers through their sons.
I demand unconditional release of the unlawful arrest of Turkel and all the arrested young people, " - reads the statement of Hasanli. -0 -
