Baku / 07.03.19 / Turan: The meeting of the consultative Karabakh Council (Qarabag şurası), which brings together the expert community of Azerbaijan, discussed various aspects of the Karabakh conflict and regional security.
The theme of the weekly hearings were the latest statements of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. In particular, Yerevan"s refusal to negotiate with Azerbaijan and the requirement to change the format of the negotiations so that Azerbaijan and the Armenian community of Karabakh become parties to the conflict.
The sides also discussed bilateral relations of Azerbaijan with Iran, Georgia, Russia, as well as with the European Union. The visit of the Armenian Prime Minister to Iran, the Russian policy in the region and others were also considered. -0 ---
