Mamedyarov and Mnatsakanyan agreed to allow relatives to convicts in the territory of the parties and mutual visits of journalists
Moscow/15. 04.19/Turan: On April 15, at the initiative of the Russian side, a working meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia - Sergey Lavrov, E. M Mamedyarov, Z. Mnatsakanyan was held in Moscow. Later, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs (I.Popov from Russia, E.Shefer from the USA, S. Visconti from France) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office on Nagorno-Karabakh A. Kasprzyk joined it.
The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that the meeting continued consideration of the prospects for advancing the negotiation process on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement, taking into account the results of the meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, held in Vienna on March 29.
An exchange of views took place on measures to further reduce tensions in the conflict zone, as well as on possible cooperation in the humanitarian field.
At the end of the meeting, a joint statement was adopted, which stated that "The meeting participants discussed the situation on the border and the contact line, as well as the prospects for establishing cooperation in the humanitarian field. A thorough exchange of views on key aspects of the settlement took place. "
"The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia confirmed the intention of the parties to continue efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by political and diplomatic means. Interest was noted in further stabilizing the situation in the conflict zone, in particular during agricultural work.
They also agreed on a reciprocal basis to take measures for the admission of relatives to persons imprisoned in the territory of the parties. The ministers expressed readiness to begin practical work on establishing contacts between people, including reciprocal visits of media representatives.
The Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs reiterated their commitment to a mediation mission aimed at achieving sustainable peace in the region. The meeting participants agreed to continue contacts in the near future. -02D-

On November 28, another hearing took place in the case of public activist Ilhamiz Guliyev. During the proceedings, the court reviewed a response from the 28th Police Station of the Yasamal District in Baku. At the previous hearing, the defense had requested that the court obtain footage from the surveillance cameras at this police station, where Guliyev was taken on December 4 of last year. However, the police response stated that the video footage had not been preserved.
