A cleaning woman crushed the elevator
Baku / 10/05/18 / Turan: As a result of non-compliance with safety measures when repairing the elevator in a residential building in the Nasimi district of Baku, on October 4, the cleaner Makhira Yusifova was killed. According to the Baku City Prosecutor's Office, the elevator car fell on the woman cleaning the mine, and crushed her. A lawsuit has ben filed under the Article 314.2 (negligence that caused the death of a person) of the Criminal Code. The tragic accident happened in a 10-storey residential building of the cooperative "Nasimi-3". The head of the cooperative, Soltanmedjid Azizov, was detained as a suspect, who ordered to carry out repairs without observing safety regulations-03D06-
