A lawsuit in the case of illegal demolition of 46 apartments
Baku/11.12.18/Turan: A lawsuit has been filed in the case of illegal demolition of 46 apartments and 3 non-residential facilities in Bakuunder the Articles 308.1 (abuse of official authority) and 222-1.1 (for hire) of the Criminal Code.
According to the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture and the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor's Office, illegal demolition of these apartments was discovered during the investigation of the appeal of citizens living on M. Mehdizade Street 2-4.
During the investigation it was noted that "Building Structures" LLC illegally dismantled 46 apartments and 3 non-residential facilities.
Investigation is ongoing to determine the circle of perpetrators and bring them to justice. -0-
