Baku / 18.10.17 / Turan: The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on establishing the Social Rehabilitation Center (SRC) for people, who served their sentences in penitentiary institutions, under the State Social Protection Fund.
The SRC building is located in the Gobustan district, with all infrastructure and equipment and a land plot. The SRC activities will be financed from the state budget. -05 / 6D-

According to the charge (Article 308 of the Criminal Code), if the accused can prove the disclosure was unintentional, they may face 3 to 7 years in prison. Under aggravating circumstances, the sentence could range from 4 to 8 years.
