Early February in Azerbaijan will be abnormal cold, the temperature will be below normal . According to Department of Hydrometeorology of the Ministry of Environment, in the first decade in February in Baku and Absheron monthly temperature will be 1-3 degrees below zero, at night the temperature will range from -1 to -8 degrees. By the end of the month the temperature will rise to 14, which is also below the norm. Monthly precipitation will be close to normal (21-24 mm) in some places exceed the norm. -03D04-
