First Group of Pilgrims from Azerbaijan Go to Mecca
Baku / 02.08.19 / Turan: The first group of Azerbaijani Muslims, numbering 180 people, went to Mecca for pilgrimage today. This was reported by the Caucasian Muslims Office.
Until August 5, seven more charter flights with pilgrims aboard will depart for Saudi Arabia.
This year, Azerbaijan was given a quota for the hajj of 1,400 pilgrims (in the past there were 1,440). Compared to last year, the price of the voucher increased by $ 75 from $ 4,150 to $ 4,225.
