The sentence against Rauf Mirkadyrov will be appealed, reporters were told by his lawyer Fuad Agayev. The verdict was published in part, and the published part contained references to the testimony of the journalist in his favor. Generally, the court did not submit any evidence of Mirkadyrov’s guilt, the lawyer said.
