Martial Law Introduced in Azerbaijan
Baku / 09/27/20 / Turan: By the decree of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, martial law has been introduced in Azerbaijan since September 28.
According to the document, in the cities of Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Naftalan, Apsheron, Jabrayil, Fizuli, Beylagan, Agdam, Terter, Goygol, Dashkesan, Gadabay, Tovuz, Shamkir, and Gazakh a curfew will be introduced from 21.00 to 06.00.
During the period of martial law, restrictions may be introduced as provided by the relevant law.
The document also provides for the restriction of entry and exit of vehicles to settlements.
