On the morning of January 28 after a long illness, the national poet Vagif Samadoglu died. For a long time he had been suffering from cancer.
Vagif Samadoglu Vekilov was born on June 5, 1939. He is the author of numerous books of poetry and dramatic works. Many of his works were put on the stages of the country for many years.
Vagif Samadoglu was an active member of the popular movement, and collaborated with many of the country's media. In the newspaper Azadlig he issued satirical articles at the time. From 2000 to 2005 he was a member of the Milli Majlis. -03B-

Some periods in cultural history have not been deeply studied, and finding precise, detailed information in the Azerbaijani language is nearly impossible. One such period is the Qajar era, which lasted from 1794 to 1985.
