Express Bank increases its authorized capital by 10.4%
Express Bank is going to increase its authorized fund by 10.61 million AZN or by 10.4% up to 112.317 million AZN.
The capitalization will be carried out by increasing of face value of 372,282 shares from 273.2 to 301.7 AZN.
Press office of the State Securities Committee reported that converting of Express Bank shares has passed through the state registration on Tuesday.
Express Bank shareholders are 4 juridical persons, including ADOR (42% share) and Azenko Group LLC (40%).—0—
