Since February, New Method to Be Introduced for Estimating Need for Social Assistance
From February 1 on, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will implement a new method of assessing the solvency of citizens who have applied for targeted social assistance.
According to the Information and Computing Center (ICC) at the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan, it has become possible thanks to the integration of 12 state entities in a single subsystem of electronic circulation and destination (VEMTAS) at the Ministry of Labor. The exchange of information between state agencies will allow addressing the social assistance within the portal Electronic Government (e-gov.az).
That is the main social defender of the population will have access to the information resources of state agencies. In addition, the evaluation criteria of need will grow in targeted social assistance - one of the necessary conditions will be the level of expenses for mobile services.
Evaluation of solvency will be online, which will let effectively determine the degree of need. If you the applications from citizens are confirmed, a request to the local branch of the bank to open an account will be sent automatically and without red tape. -17D-
