The budget for 2015 provides for the increase of increased financing of political parties, NGOs and science
A number of changes were made in the state budget taking into account the proposals of the deputies, but they were not reflected in the total amount of expenditures and revenues.
Additional 600,000 manat will be allotted for funding NGOs in 2015, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said in parliament.
Eight million manat will be allocated for science funding, bringing the final amount to 150.5 million manat. Thus, in 2015 the financing of scientific institutions will grow by 2.5%. Fort the needs of political parties in 2015 it was decided to add funds unused this year – 250,000 manats. This is by 10% more than the amounts suggested in the year.
MPs also proposed to increase government funding of municipalities. Sharifov said that the government has decided to increase the profitability of municipalities by changes in the law "On municipalities", allowing them to leave in the budget part of taxes collected in their area. Thanks to innovation, municipalities will receive 40 million manat income, said Sharifov.–06В--
