The next round of negotiations on a new agreement between Azerbaijan and the EU
Baku / 04.24.19 / Turan: Baku is hosting the next round of talks between Azerbaijan and the EU on a new partnership agreement. The EU delegation at the talks, which began on April 23, is headed by Petros Sremelis, the representative of the European Commission on trade issues. At the current negotiations, trade issues are being discussed, the deputy head of the EU delegation in Azerbaijan, Denis Daniilidis, told Turan. Earlier, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that 90 percent of the document"s questions have already been agreed. The EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogherini also noted that the work on the agreement is close to completion. -06D--
