P. Huseyn: Election Commission Twice Overestimated Number of Voters
The oppositionist Panah Huseyn said the massive violations in the 63rd Sabirabad First constituency from which he ran.
Huseyn conducted surveillance in the district, along with 6 agents, 105 observers and 40 volunteers. All of them recorded mass violations during voting and vote counting.
On the basis of video and numerous acts he prepares a report and will present it all to the public.
Huseyn recalls that in the constituency there are 11 thousand voters. However, in the minutes of the district election commission 20 327 voters are indicated.
The author of the statement also asserts that in eight polling stations observers were removed from the voting room and in 25 polling stations the results of the vote were not officially announced and the protocols were not given.
Given the above, it is believed that the elections in this district cannot be considered valid and he does not recognize them, he said in a statement.
On Monday in Sabirabad Panah Huseyn and his relatives were summoned to the police. As the opposition leader told Turan, the reason for the call was complaints of different people of the violence against them by relatives and the daughter of Panah Huseyn.
"Nothing like that happened. This is to ensure that I did not complain about the results. It is a method of pressure on me," he said.
Panah Huseyn ran for First Sabirabad Constituency No 63 from the electoral bloc Azadlig 2015. On the evening of 1 November, he said that the figures in the protocols of the observers do not agree with the figures of the district election commissions and the CEC. This is an indicator of total falsification of the elections, he said. -05D1604-
