The sewage system broke on Jabbarly Street near the Nizami metro station at noon on February 4 and the water flows freely in the direction of Fizuli Square.
However, no presence of public services or the Ministry of Emergency Situations can be noticed in the area. All of them are most probably resting, as President Ilham Aliyev is being away in London.
