Bank of Azerbaijan plans to increase the share capital
JSC "Bank of Azerbaijan" plans by the end of this year to bring its own share capital of 50 million manat.
As reported in the bank, along with the increase of the share capital is expected to optimize the branch network. Thus, in March-April, is scheduled to open a major regional office in Lankarani, and is closer to the fall of the capital near the subway branch Neftchilar. The Bank has 17 branches in the Republic, 3 branches and 32 ATMs.
At the end of January 2013 the authorized capital reached 45.3 million manat. Shareholders "Bank of Azerbaijan" are three individuals and one entity, including Senan and Kanan Mammadov (by 42.97% equity), Mubariz Mammadov (13.31%) and "NEM" Holding (0.74%). -15D -
