Changes in the Terms of Reference, use and protection of the state register of legal entities
The Cabinet of Ministers on September 2 this year made changes to the "Terms of Reference, use and protection of the state register of legal entities" on 13 April 2005 (http://www.azerbaijan-news.az/index.php?mod=3&id=48362).
According to this document, the information on the extension of liquidation of the legal entity and the resumption of the process of elimination due to the expiration of the initial period will not be reflected in the State Register.
It is noteworthy that the additions to the document in this regard have been made recently - on May 5.
In October 2013 amendments were made to the Law of AR "State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities." Among other things, it provides that if the liquidator does not comply with the deadline, it is decided to extend it. 08D
