In September, civil liability insurance of vehicle owners made almost 75,000 contracts
In September of this year, insurance companies, members of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance, made 74,936 insurance contracts for civil liability of owners of vehicles to third parties. This is 6.2% higher than October 1 last year, the website of the Bureau reported.
Of the total number of contracts 19 200 were signed on transit vehicles registered abroad, with agreements valid from 1 month to 1 year.
Total members of the Bureau in September received 6 million AZN on civil liability insurance of vehicle owners (5% per year).
From January to October, the Bureau concluded compulsory insurance in the aggregate of 688 000 contracts worth 51.7 million manat. --17D-

Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) has announced the restructuring of its container transportation management in an effort to enhance the efficiency of transit cargo transportation. As part of this reorganization, ADY Express will merge with ADY Container starting on November 1, 2024.
