"Reincarnation" of liquidated JSC
The State Committee for Securities registered the issue of shares of JSC 8-ci Km Ticaret Merkezi on September 3. The government for the third time in the last 14 years has revised the organizational and legal form of the current Baku market №4, restoring the JSC.
The State Committee on Property in July this year changed the legal form of LLC Ticaret Merkezi-4 for a joint stock company, changing its name. The LLC was formed in February 2008, after the eponymous JSC was dissolved by a court order. JSC Ticaret Merkezi-4 was created and privatized at 100% in 2000-2001. The judgment of the Khatai court in Baku did not clarify the question of damages to the shareholders of the JSC.
Immediately after this decision, the company once again passed into state ownership. Some shareholders appealed to the European Court of Human Rights. However, the case has not been considered yet.
When created in 2000, the authorized capital of JSC Ticaret Merkezi-4 was 401,563 manat. The authorized capital of 8-ci Km Ticaret Merkezi was set at 1,031,082 manat.
In what way JSC Ticaret Merkezi-4 will be privatized has not been reported. --08B--
