Sixteen Tons of Milk-Pro Goods Detained in Moscow
Export dairy products from the Azerbaijani company Milk-Pro was not approved by the Rosselkhoznadzor (Agriculture Control) Administration for Moscow and the Moscow and Tula regions.
The temporary storage warehouses of the company Food Logistics suspended the registration of 16.06 tons of dairy products (cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, yoghurt, ayran and laban), received in the capital region, accompanied by a veterinary certificate №000025 dated 12 October 2016," the website of the supervisory authority said. Rosselkhoznadzor did not permit its import into the Russian Federation. There was no information on the exporting country and the Azerbaijani veterinary marking. In addition, the date of production indicated in the veterinary certificate did not correspond to the actual date of production indicated on the product, and the butter packing labels were not in Russian. --17D-
