The Ministry of Taxes has formed a special tax department. On the August 12 order №1417040101114600 of the head of the office, the Regulation of the structure is on http://vn.taxes.gov.az/haqqinda/esasname/XI.pdf.
According to the document, the special department of the new generation will shape tax policy and vision for the ministry, make suggestions, organize a secret office and conduct secret documents. The Division is also responsible for the commercial confidentiality of information on corporate resources.
The main fiscal authority not in vain recalled the Special Section 23 years after gaining independence - in the independent media periodically appear data on commercial structures of the ruling family and government officials and the oligarchs, which is a violation of state secrets. In addition, the annual reports of the Accounting Chamber indicate growth of disorders not only in the financial, but also the legal discipline in the ministry. --17D-
