JSC United Credit Bank increases share capital by AZN 35 million or 2.7 times.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee (SSC) said, the prospectus for 17.5 thousand non-certificated registered ordinary shares with par value of AZN 2 passed state registration on Tuesday.
According to the prospectus, placement will be held by means of mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Today, the authorized capital is 20.11 million manat. The major shareholder (88.78% equity) is LLC United Business Co. The remaining shares are divided between two individuals. - 15B -
