"Unprecedented bad weather" expressed in the stormy wind (updated)
Baku/17.01.19/Turan: The alarm raised by government agencies led by the Ministry of Environment in connection with the unprecedentedly bad weather manifested itself in a storm wind of up to 30 meters in Baku and more than 5 meters high waves, reports the Ministry of Environment.
At the same time, all state bodies note that no accidents or infrastructural accidents have been recorded.
It is not snowing, and there is drizzling rain. The temperature is above zero.
There was an information that the wind turned a TIR truck on its side. The incident happened near the village Gobustan. Apparently, the truck was empty.

In Sumgayit, a tree fell on a car, no injuries were reported. In the capital and the regions there used to be much stronger storms, however, no panic measures like the current ones were undertaken. We can only guess what frightened government agencies so much. -0-
