Political Outrage is on my mind - 907, again?
Dear Candidates Vice President Biden and Senator Harris, Oct 29 2020
If I were a one issue voter—which I am not—your recent denunciation of Azerbaijan in the renewed war with Armenia over the territory of ‘Nagorno’ Karabakh on Biden/Harris stationary, including the threat to re-impose the notorious ‘Article 907 of the 1992 Freedom Support Act, was almost enough to make me try and retract my vote for both of you and ask for any and all donations to your campaign to be returned.
This is outrageous ethnic milking, and you should be ashamed of yourselves—as should the gullible staffers who inked up your ‘principled’ statement to suck up a few more mono-ethnic voters among the Armenian community, presumably in Michigan.
I could go into specific details about the Karabakh conflict, and even be more specific about the outrage of ‘Article 907’ (and your threat to re-impose it should you be elected), but will end this missive now.
Google me if you want, but it changes nothing
I have cast my ballot - for you - and there is no taking it back.
But could I do so, I would now vote Libertarian, Green, ‘Socialist,’ Communist (certainly not Trump) or anyone else but you due to your sell-out to immediate-ethno-interests.
Shame on you.
And shame on me for believing your Democratic Party might be different.

My brother Jahangir Hajiyev has been in prison for eight and a half years, having a bouquet of severe chronic diseases. For eight years we have been trying to get the penitentiary service to provide him with minimal medical care and medical supervision. During these years he has repeatedly had exacerbations of his heart, blood pressure, hypertensive crises, exacerbations of his hormonal and immune systems, and pancreatic attacks. One time he was even called for an ambulance. Despite our repeated appeals, he is denied transfer to the central medical centre and the sanitary unit in the colony itself.
