There will be evaluated three stages - data collection (questionnaires and on-site review), its classification and analysis, and preparation of opinions, recommendations and reports.
The evaluation criteria are: automation of the system, the use for electronic information resources of other agencies, registration in the electronic register of services, availability of personnel involved in the work of the electronic signature.
