We will honor Elmar’s memory and say: “No to the impunity of killers of journalists!” said the head of the IRFS Mehman Huseynov.
* Elmar Huseynov was the head of a number of media projects in Azerbaijan, distinguished by vivid political content and harsh criticism of the political system, corruption of the authorities, and human rights violations.
On March 2, 2005, he was shot dead on the threshold of his apartment. So far, no customers or perpetrators of the murder have been found.
