Number of People Who Died from Corona Virus Reached 23
Baku / 29.04.20 / Turan: A patient born in 1944, suffering from a chronic pulmonary disease and the ischemia of the heart, died of COVID-19, as the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan reported on Wednesday.
Over the past day, 49 new cases of the Corona Virus infection have been recorded. Meanwhile, 46 patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals.
The total number of infected people is 1,766, including 1,267 people cured, 23 people that died, and 476 currently treated in special treatment hospitals.
The condition of 18 patients placed in hospitals is assessed as serious, the condition of 26 is assessed as moderate, and the condition of the rest is stable.
