Date of Nikoil Bank Shareholders’ Meeting Changed
The date of Nikoil Bank shareholders’ meeting, which was to be held in London on February 8, has changed, the bank said.
According to Turan, the meeting will be on 20 February.
The shareholders are to discuss the changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee.
Note that initially the meeting was to be held in Moscow on January 16. But then it was decided to hold it in London on February 8. -----71D
