According to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the corresponding prospectus of 15 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 200 was registered in the State Committee for Securities.
Placement of new shares will be by mass subscription at the BSE. Texnika Capital Management will be the underwriter.
Today, the authorized capital of Muganbank is 37.51 million manat. The main shareholder is the chairman of the supervisory board Elmir Mehdiyev (65.50% equity). - 15B -
