Sumgayit Mall Holds No Public Trial Stamps on Jewelry
State Service for the Supervision of precious metals and stones in the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has revealed massive violations located in the shopping center Karvan in Sumgayit.
As reported in the service, during checks on the available for sale 4,076 jewelry they found missing state test panels, and at 24 of the 29 entrepreneurs and nonexistent resolution suitable for the activity.
In the first half of this year the state service arranged control measures with respect to 44 business entities. During checks on the available for sale 31,426 jewelry items there were missing state test panels. The result for the period the state service ensured payment of fees to the state budget in the total amount of AZN 299.9 thousand, as well as an administrative fine in the amount of 41.8 thousand manat. Overall, within 6 months of this year, the state budget rceivd state fees for a total of 1.01 million manat. - 15D -
