Baku/26.10.17/Turan: The President of Armenia is offense at Ilham Aliyev after official Baku accused him of disclosing the content of the talks in Geneva. However, Serge Sargsyan believes that he did not violate the agreements. "Frankly speaking, it seems strange that after the talks in Geneva the Azerbaijani side with some kind of bitterness tried to emphasize that I had violated any agreements there. This is strange, and I look forward to our next meeting to ask my colleague what exactly caused his anger,"Sargsyan said, speaking in Yerevan on Wednesday.
"Moreover, there are people who should not have been aware of our conversation at all, since we talked privately, and if we have agreed not to tell anyone, how then do his assistants or, I do not know there, advisers and others, are familiar with the topic? I assure you, I did not say a half of the words from our conversation anywhere," Sargsyan said.
Immediately after the meeting, the Armenian president stated that Karabakh will not remain part of Azerbaijan and no power in Armenia will do it. This statement caused discontent of Baku, accusing the Armenian President of violating the agreements reached at the meeting in Geneva. -02D-
