Although the contexts and challenges facing Astana and Baku differ, both leaders articulated a strikingly similar set of priorities shaped by economic transformation, geopolitical realignment, and the post–Cold War order.

Российская оккупация украинской территории имеет такое же оправдание в прававом и историческом контексте как израильская оккупация палестинских и сирийских территорий. Но почему то никто на Западе не вводит такие же санкции по отношению к Израилю какие они ввели по отношению к России.

Красиво изложено, но не более того.Практическое применение невозможно по многим причинам.В первую очередь, из за того, что Москва не признает этот саммит ни в каком виде. И, вообще, странно, что без Москвы обсуждают дела москвы.
