The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the strategic reforms in the agrarian sector. Over the past 14 years, 231 billion dollars has been invested in the country's economy.
Four out of 45 planned agro parks have already been commissioned. The area of the created agro parks will occupy 191 thousand hectares, with 1.4 billion manat invested.
The newspaper Novoye Vremya writes about the restructuring of the mortgage loans system. Azerbaijan will finally begin to review the terms of mortgage debts, but, as expected, mortgage restructuring will not cover all borrowers, but only a part of insolvent citizens.
Provision is made for an extension of the loan term, as well as a reduction in the interest rate.
Borrowers will also be provided with postponement of payments.
