The victim in the case of Fuad Ahmedli was put on the wanted list

Baku/11.05.17/Turan: The trial of the People's Front Party activist Fuad Ahmadli, who was arrested in August 2016 on charges of distributing the personal data of subscribers of the Azerfon cellular company where he worked, continued the trial in the Baku  Serious Crimes Court.

At today's meeting, Samir Khalilov, who was recognized by the investigation as a victim, asked to be removed from the list of victims. "I did not suffer any damage, did not experience any anxiety," said Khalilov.

In his turn, the lawyer Asabali Mustafayev drew attention to the fact that acting at the previous meeting as the injured Muhammad Guliyev, in 2015 was declared a wanted police by the Baku police on charges of fraud. As evidence, the lawyer presented a screenshot from the site of the metropolitan police with a photograph of Guliyev.

"This shows that Muhammad Guliyev gave knowingly false testimony in court despite the vow to tell the truth. He gave evidence under police pressure. Although since 2015 he was wanted, in 2016 he was issued an identity card. I ask the court to exclude this person from the list of victims," said the lawyer.

He asked the state prosecutor to clarify the situation, and to bring Guliyev to justice, Guliyev himself said that he was not wanted. He was summoned to the police in 2015, and after his testimony was released.

The state prosecutor said that the petition had nothing to do with him. However, Judge Fikret Garibov decided to appeal to the Baku police to investigate the issues raised by the lawyer. Then Ahmedli himself made a statement. He said that he has been working at Azerfon since 2012.

"When getting a job, I signed a document on procedural rules. For their violation, only administrative punishment was provided.

All my actions corresponded to internal procedures and I did nothing to attract me to criminal liability - I did not post bugs, did not distribute personal secret data, did not follow anyone, etc.," Ahmadli said.

He pointed out that he did not disseminate any classified information and did not have access to them at all, supporting his words with concrete examples. "The transfer was shown on the ATV channel, where the official of the company "Azerfon" spoke about the person, address, telephone number and other data of the subscriber. Then raise the criminal case against ATV. Why do not you do it? " said Ahmedli.

He also noted that through various dealer centers phone numbers are sold in various retail sites.

According to Ahmadli, his cousin Aliaga Ahmadli asked him about the location of Guliyev and was told that Guliyev was abroad, without indicating the location. The witness confirmed this.

"Muhammad Guliyev is a chef at a cafe. He took money from me to buy food in connection with a banquet. But then his phone was out of reach, I called Fuad and asked where he was. He wrote me what Guliyev seems to be abroad," said Aliaga Ahmedli.

Another witness Vugar Magerramov said that he wanted to know the owner of one phone number. He phoned Ahmedli and asked to find out the owner of the room.

"Fuad told me that the phone belongs to the company without telling which one," said Maharramov.

"Azerfon" has a monitoring group and it identifies violators and brings them to administrative responsibility. In regard to me, there was no such investigation, "Ahmadli said. The process will be continued on May 23 at 10.30 -03C06-
